Metalwolf Festival Fundraiser

Metalwolf Festival is an independently run event organized by local Richland WA Record label Funkytonk Records.  The festival includes 20+ bands, a punk swap meet, local art shows, and an independent film showcase all spread over two days on Aug 5 and 6 of 2016.  This years event will take place at multiple venues in Richland including the Fingernail stage at the Howard Amon Park on the Columbia River in Richland.  Our goal this year is to keep the event open for all to attend all the events without a door or admittance charge.  In order for us to keep this event free at the door we need your help in pre-funding the festival.  We have a committee of volunteers that are working hard to organize this and making sure that the Tri-Cities can be proud of hosting such a cool event that people will be like "What?!??!......Awesome!!!!"  There are some costs associated with a festival of this size and nature. Your much appreciated donation will be used to pay for: 

1. Rental fees (Fingernail + other venues in Richland)
2. Insurance
3. Sound
4. Paying artists and bands we are inviting from out of town & state.
5. Advertisement

What your donation means. It means that this festival can happen. We cannot do this without community sponsorship. Normally tickets for an event like this would run in the $20 - $30 range. Tidbits:
•Metalwolf originally ran 4 consecutive years starting in 2001 and the last festival being held at 321 Art Space in 2004. 

•The genre of music featured will be a wide variety of styles.  Pop, rock, indie, punk, country, folk, experimental, underground............

•Metalwolf was named after the infamous "Metalwolf Bridge" which crosses over the Yakima river alongside highway 240. 

•All Volunteers work for free.  Nobody is getting paid to organize this.  All donations will be used to pay for the above stated costs. 

•We will advertise by buying ads in NW publications like the Seattle Stranger, Portland Mercury etc... along with purchasing online and social media advertisement.  Advertisement is expensive.

•As things progress, links to videos, bands and artist will be posted as will details and times and locations of events.
