As can be seen by the series-summarizing short above, our first video, "Meditation Training,"** was produced to offer an on-line version of a very popular class series on the craft of meditation. The fundamentals for being able to start a meditation practice was presented.
"Meditation Training 2.0: Addressing 5 Difficulties*" ----- is the next step!
Unfortunately, once the newness of beginning a meditation practice wears off, sustaining it is the greater challenge. In meditation, typically five difficulties (classically called "hindrances") arise which often discourage your meditation practice: sense obsessions, aversions, sleepiness, restlessness/anxiety, along with doubt. Luckily, there are very specific teachings on these factors!

Producing "Meditation Training" was a labor of love as we valiantly endeavored to meet the the many requests to provide the teachings to a wider field. It was a learning experience which showed us how much time, effort, and resources goes into such a project!
