Shooting victim+family need help!! PARADISE, CA
Hello my name is Jessikah. About two weeks ago my friend, Chris Martin, was shot and almost killed by someone he knew, Lyric Hill.Lyric hit a girl across the face and Chris, along with another friend of mine, stood up to him saying how wrong he was to hit a girl. Lyric then pulled out a gun and after a few words were exchanged he shot Chris. Chris was shot 3 times: the thigh, hip area, and chest. In the hospital they discovered he had a collapsed lung with fluid building up. He could no longer feel bellow his waist after two weeks. On November 14th he was transferred to UC Davis Medical Center to receive more help.
The medical bills for his family are going to be large but along with this the missed days from work and gas money to be with in are also becoming more costly by the day.
Please help my friend and his family. He didnt ask for this. He didnt want this. He did the right thing and was punished. Please help.
