Maranda Abshire Family Fund

This morning at 0126 Alvarado Police and Fire Units responded to a major accident on US 67 between CR 810 and Baker Ln. On arrival units found a 2007 Toyota pickup and a 2010 Ford Mustang with extensive damage to the front of both vehicles.
The Ford Mustang was being driven by Maranda Abshire (22 year old white female) of Alvarado. Inside Abshire's vehicle were 3 children (information not yet released), all restrained with safety devices and recommended car seats / booster seats. Abshire and two of the children were killed in the accident and pronounced on scene. The third child was flown by Careflite Air to a local hospital for what is believed to be non life threatening injuries.
The driver of the Toyota Truck (information currently withheld) had to be extricated from his vehicle on scene by fire personnel. He was also flown by Careflite Air to local hospital. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
Preliminary investigation reveals that the Toyota Truck was on the wrong side of the highway and traveling in the wrong direction at the time of the crash. US 67 was shutdown for several hours as investigators worked the accident. It has since reopened.
More information, including information on pending criminal charges, will be released as soon as possible. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in this crash.

I am not related to the family, I was just touched by the story. Maranda was raised by her grandparents as I was. I would definately want someone to help my family and I out in the event (God forbide) this were to ever happen to us. My heart just breaks for this family. As I stated above the funds will be used to help with Maranda,Adrian and Cruz funeral expenses or any related expenses that may occur. Lindsey was the 13 year old sister to Maranda that will need continued medical attention. The funds will need to be transferred to Maranda Abshire family fund account that her aunt Beverly Green has set up at the Wells Fargo bank. The account number 2984293775 and routing # 111900659. I don't know what else I need to tell you in order to get this resolved for this grieving family.
