Yoga Teacher Training in India!

Dear beautiful souls,

      My name is Kelsey.  I am a 22 year old that is manifesting a very special dream... to travel to India and take my 500 hour Yoga teacher training course!

      In life we are often asked the question "what do you want to be when you grow up?" I never quite knew.. but I DO know that I want to help people in some way and make a difference in this world... but at the same time be doing something I love!

     When yoga was introduced to my life it helped me heal in so many ways. I originally started taking yoga classes for what I thought would be a fun and relaxing way to work out. As i grew in my practice I came to realize yoga is alot deeper than the physical exercise. Yoga is about clearing your mind, finding your soul and coming to a state of blissfullness in meditation. It has helped me over come knee pain I was struggling with for YEARS! It has also assisted me in getting through hard times I've been faced with in life... just by getting onto my mat and centering myself. 

Through my yoga and meditation studies I have learned to accept all of lifes challenges with a smile and to trust that everything will be okay.  It has also taught me to live my every day with gratitude, compassion and to love every being unconditionally... ALWAYS.


*~*~*~*~*In my life right now, nothing would make me more content and happy than this trip to India to study with amazing teachers and students in December. In return I will be able to share this knowledge and enhance peoples lives in the way that yoga has enhanced mine!!!!  This event would be life changing and would plant a seed to help me grow in ways unimaginable. This would be the experience of a lifetime and would assist me in pursuing my future goal of opening my very own yoga studio! *~*~*~*~**~*~
