The Malone Family Fund

Members of the Centreville, VA community we need your help.  Two children from our neighborhood have recently lost their Mom.  This follows their Dad’s passing less than two years ago.  Cathy Malone, mother of Jada and Jalen “JJ”, died unexpectedly from an asthma attack on November 17, 2014.  Cathy was a sweet, loving person who brought joy to those around her. Cathy enjoyed helping her family and friends at any chance she could.
 
Cathy Malone’s two children Jada and Jalen “JJ” Malone are the kind of kids our community is proud of.  Jada is a recent Centreville High School Graduate who is attending NOVA. Jada is an extremely kind hearted young lady, is known for her positive outlook on life, and always has smile on her face. She has aspirations to work in the science field someday.  to JJ is in 8th grade at Liberty Middle School.  JJ is a young man who stands out from the crowd because of his hard work, can do attitude and respectfulness. JJ has played football for SYA and is looking forward to joining the Centreville Wildcats next season.  

The people putting this notice together are friends, teachers and coaches who know this family.  Collectively, we are asking for the support of our community.   Your contribution will not only help Jada and JJ’s extended family to nurture and guide these two young people, it will give Jada and JJ the gift of knowing they are not alone and have a community of people who are there for them. 

More details on how contributions will be used will be posted as the Malone family moves forward. There are several needs being discussed...
