As Mallow Animal Rescue does not have a Charitable Status and is not a limited company it cannot own a vehicle or property. With this being the case The gofundme account is suspended and all monies will be refunded to those who donated in good faith.  Since without a charity number, MAR can not purchase such an asset at this time. In the interest of transparity, and the MAR executives' commitment to meeting best practice guidelines, a decision has been made to refund all donations towards the purchase. Thank you.
