Conji's Medical and Living Expenses

This fund was started in February, 2015, by Carla Hayes, a childhood friend of mine, when she learned that I was diagnosed with Cancer and scheduled to have surgery. Since then, the fund, as well as the support provided to me on my journey has grown significanlty.
I was diagnosed with Lung cancer back in January of this year. I underwent lung surgery in February, and began chemotherapy in March. The decision was made for me to extend my medical leave from my job so that I can apply for short-term disability. Once of the requirements for this particular short-term disability is to have 60 consecutive days of not working. The ongoing contributions made to this fund will support my ability to manage day to day household and medical expenses while I am out of work not earning any income or when I get a reduced income on short-term disability. All support, all prayers, all contributions are greatly appreciated!
