Special Pup "Pippen" Needs You

PLEASE HELP PIPPEN! Here is the update on this tiny Loving All Animals Org rescue pup. Veterinary neurologist Dr. Stephen Hanson diagnosed her with "atlantoaxial subluxation and marked spinal cord compression." The good news is this is very treatable and she has no brain lesions. Surgery for this has almost 100% success rate.
