Zack's Medical Fund

Zack Allen Berzelius Baker was born on 7/22/14. He was so excited to get here that he was born @ 37 weeks weighing in at 8 lbs 10 ounces. He already was showing signs that he was developing fast. When Zack reached 2 months of age we had noticed his head was an irregular shape. Once he had x-rays taken we found out he had Craniosynostosis. Craniosynostosis is a condition in which the sutures close too early, causing problems with normal brain and skull growth. So basically his soft spot closed before it was time and because of this, he has to have surgery where they go in his head and open the bone. If they don't, he will become mentally retarded because his brain will not have room to grow. He is scheduled to have surgery on January 14th 2015. During his recovery he will need 24 hour care and we are hoping to receive a little help from family and friends. No amount is too small or to great. Any blessing is great.
