Louisville News is an independent conservative leaning media enterprise that focuses on outing political malfeasance. What began as an activist site fighting for transparency in government throughout Kentucky, has morphed into a legitimate online news source with thousands of subscribers. It has been self funded to date since 2008.
Because we have refused to sell out for profit, sticking to our values of truth in media, funding has been hard to achieve. Demands on our finacial resources have grown exponentially.
Everything from open records requests to equipment upgrades, necessary because of our growth, cost much more today than a few short years ago.
Requests for our help have doubled in recent years but the amount of money necessary to help has not.
Independent media is simply a direct threat to mainstream and the status quo political landscape.
With your help we can upgrade our outdated equipment, provide resources for new investigations, and keep the fight for accountability alive.
