LLS Benefit Event CrossFit 3F

We are hosting a Benefit workout at CrossFit threefold on August 15th, to support The Luekemia & Lympoma Socieity.  The event is Free to join, but of course we are accepting donations.

We're offering a commemorative T-Shirt for a $20 Donation.  If you Donate here, and put your size in the comments we will have the right size for you at the event.   Donating in advance is the only way to assure the right size!
