psoriasis treatment

I'm looking to suprise and take care of one of my best friends I have known for 19 years on his 27th birthday. He has been diagnosed with psoriasis and it has been attacking him quickly. He has never had any problems with this previously. But about a year ago he started noticing red flaky scales all over his body and has now moved it's way to the face and head. He has lost all confidence with himself from his attitude to his body.

I'm looking for some help as I wish I was in the position to do it myself but I can't. He currently has no income and is letting it attack him. There is some treatment shots I have been looking into, and would love to start helping him out to make sure he gets them done before it gets worse and worse.

I know no one knows who I am or who he is, but if there is any way that I could suprise him for his birthday on March 22nd he would be so much happier knowing that he could at least get the process started and hopefully curing it before it gets way out of control.
