Walk It for Crohn's & Colitis UK

I want to give back something to those who are still suffering with this awful, delapitating illness. 

I have never been ashamed of what I have been through and always happy to answer questions from friends, family and sometimes even strangers about IBD. I've also been known to show off my ileostomy bag when asked as I feel that if you're not willing to be open and talk about these "taboo" subjects then they will never not be taboo. Curiosity helps to spread awareness as without the questions and the honest and blunt answers, no-one can gain any more insight.
