Changing Disabled American Veterans Lives One Family At A Time." 

Our sole mission is to build the farming system and train the family to operate a sustainable earth friendly farm with year round production so they have a real income rather than forced to live on disability or public assistance. Studies show that farming is very therapeutic . Horticultural therapy (HT) is accepted as a beneficial and effective therapeutic for people with post-traumatic stress disorder, or PTSD; depression; and anxiety. While we are not therapists, we are a dedicated group who have seen the miracle healing that farming and self reliance has had on the lives of many who struggle with the emotional and mental scars that come from being on the front lines. The program is also open to veterans with physical disabilities that may limit them for employment opportunities in their community.
