Barn Roof and Fence Repair Needed
Tax deductible
The Pig Preserve is approximately 100 acres of remote, pristine, rolling land located on the High Cumberland Plateau in the Cumberland Mountains of North- Middle Tennessee which provides a safe, natural and healthy life for rescued pigs of all breeds. It is here that they can live out their lives roaming through the woods, grazing in the fields on the way to their favorite ponds where they can take a cool dip on a hot day and have a cool drink. I am organizing a Spring Volunteer Work party to help The Pig Preserve with some much needed repairs after the winter months. A couple of the barns which the pigs take shelter in are in need of new metal roofs as they are leaking and also one of the property fence lines needs to be moved back. Providing lifetime care for these pigs is expensive and just providing food and vet care alone is draining on a sanctuary who relies on donations from kind individuals. I would like to help raise funds to offset the cost of the repairs needed on the farm by raising $3500 for the materials necessary to make the repairs to keep the pigs safe and comfortable.
