The L'Dor VaDor remodeling project is nearly complete! We are transforming our aging synagogue so that current and future generations can be proud of our spiritual home.
Our congregation has raised more than $2MM since 2007, and the Goodman Foundation pledged an additional $5MM in 2013. If we can raise another $400,000, we will be able to complete the project with little or no mortgage and with nearly everything we've dreamt of including.
At this point, the primary objectoves for the project have been completed -- on budget. Some aspects of the project will be complete later....unless we can raise additional funds now.
We might have to delay the following if we don't raise enough now:
* outdoor patios and gardens
* more new furniture for gathering spaces and offices
* upgraded classroom furniture and storage systems
If every member gave an additional $1800, we will meet our goal. Please give what you can today.
