Lancaster Art Assc Heating/Cooling

The Lancaster County Art Association provides art instruction to children, teens and adults, including classes for physically and mentally handicapped students, but its classes are in jeopardy due to an almost 20-year-old heating and cooling system that is failing. The HVAC system supplies heat in 3 zones for better efficiency but replacement will cost more due to requiring 3 separate units. It's not enjoyable for our students or office staff struggling to stay warm. This is the first major capital campaign needed for the LCAA since the building was erected in 1997.
