Layla's Disability Fund

Layla is a 22 year old single mother of an 5mth old baby girl. Layla was involved in a serious motorcycle accident where she was thrown approx. 40 feet through the air.  Layla had to be transported by EMS to a level 2 trauma center.  Doctor's informed the family that Layla  had broken her femur and would need immediate surgery.  After surgery family was informed that Layla had broken her right femur, right humerous, right ankle and left scapula.  Layla had to have a metal rod inserted into her femur as well as screws in her ankle.  Layla spent 5 days in the hospital and additional 7days in a rehab facility.  Layla is finally home now but will have to continue to go to therapy to be able to walk on her own without assistance.  Layla is unable  to work due to her injuries and is having to rely on others to help her care for her child.  The good news is Layla will recover and be able to lead a normal life.  Until then, Layla has no income and the bills stop for no one.  We are asking for help to be able to cover her bills for next few months until she is able to go back to work.
