Help Launch "The Roaring Void"

Friends and neighbors,
As many of you may know, I occasionally produce a podcast series known as the Mini DibCast on my personal website and I am the co-host of Q with a View on FTR Radio on Tuesday nights. What you may not yet know is that I am currently in the late stages of development of a new hour-long standalone podcast called The Roaring Void.
What is The Roaring Void? Well, it's a podcast that is heavily influenced by many years of listening to various shows on public radio. It's a show that looks at life and culture around us and tells interesting stories of regular people. It has a different bias or lean than many shows you would hear on public radio - a lean that I think will speak well to some of us who are fed up with and/or feel underserved by the mainstream biases of culture.
Basically, The Roaring Void is a show about us. A show where we tell our stories and have some fun.
I'm asking you support me right now in doing a few things to help solidify the launch of TRV and make it possible for me to network and find additional support for the show so I can make it as big and successful as I dream it to be.
Specifically, I'm asking you to make it possible for me to
1) Travel to RightOnline in Washington, DC in May
2) Attend a conference known as "Podcast Movement" in Ft Worth, TX at the end of July
3) Purchase some additional audio recording hardware that will offer more flexibility in producing TRV
