Coaches Stacey and Lauren, and Jaime T Go To Miami
Coach Stacey, Coach Lauren, and Jaime Trout of Lando Charlestown teamed up and accomplished the amazing feat of qualifying for Wodapalooza in Miami, Florida!
For those who are not aware this is one of the biggest, if not THE biggest, international CrossFit competition outside of the official CrossFit Games, and... THESE LADIES QUALIFIED!! This is an amazing feat, a great story, that these 3 girls accomplished. They trained together and performed workouts together for 3 weekends in a row to qualify in the top 60 of over 1000 teams worldwide!
It is a 3 day competition requiring 4 days of travel and staying there (Miami in January, I know very hard). All 3 ladies have contributed a lot of their own funding to make the trip. We would appreciate any donation you wish to provide, however, to alleviate some of the stress of the whole thing. There is a lot, from flights and lodging, to food and performance needs that will have to be funded.
It's that time of year to reflect and give and here is a group of women who certainly deserves some love. Let's show them Lando love and get behind them so they can REPRESENT CROSSFIT LANDO down in MIAMI!
