Help Protect Long Island's Land

We are the North Shore Land Alliance, a not-for-profit Land Trust organization, which works to protect and conserve land on western Long Island.  We must continue to preserve the open land left on Long Island, so that future genrations have access to the great spaces we enjoy.  Not only does conserved land benefit future generations it also benefits us today.  Open spaces help protect vital ground water reserves, wildlife habitat, and provide places for the people of Long Island to enjoy the beauty of nature.  Countless studies have proven that people with access to natural open spaces, are healthier, happier, and more efficient at work.  We have turned to gofundme in order to help our organization expand and continue to do the important work of preserving land.   We need your help to raise money in order to continue to protect the natural resources that are so vital to a healthy community
