Need Dental Work

I am in a lot of pain. I need a root canal and crown. The filling came out & the tooth broke. I just got insurance this month, but it has a 6 mo waiting period for this type of major work. I appreciate any help you can give. I believe in pay it forward as I will help others when I can afford it. Thank you from Trucker Sue and my dog Kelly.

This is a photo of my xray taken a week ago. The missing tooth was pulled a few years ago because it broke so much there was no saving it. Doc said I can save this tooth #18 and I can get a bridge later on.
