Idiots are out jogging in Boston. If they get trapped in the storm, I hope nobody wastes public money helping them.

Mr. Morgan is right. Public money should not – nay, CANNOT – be used to help idiot joggers trapped in snow storms. My goal is to raise $250 of private money to do so.
All funds raised will go directly toward helping idiot joggers in Boston. If I cannot locate any idiot joggers in peril, I will donate the money to a homeless shelter TBD.
