No More, the organisation that I...
No More, the organisation that I run, is involved in raising awareness of the cruel atrocities committed against animals across the globe, and one of the projects that I have committed to is the Taiji Cove Guardian project.
Each year 20,000 dolphins, porpoises, and small whales are lured into the Taiji Cove on the easy coast of Japan. Many are maimed, stabbed and drowned to death. But that’s not all, there are also a great many of these beautiful creatures that are captured and sold by the Taiji Fishermans Union to the dolphin entertainment industry. These dolphins are kept in small aquariums and trained to perform tricks for human entertainment, when they should be swimming the oceans freely … what would we do if our freedom was suddenly curbed?
There are two ways that we can prevent this annual capture and slaughter from taking place:
1. Highlighting it in every way possible, through every medium possible
2. Actively going to Taiji as Cove Guardians
The former I am already engaged in, but it is the latter that I need your help with. I intend going to Taiji for two weeks within the next four months, but need to raise the necessary funds to do so and here is where you can assist through:
• Donations
• Purchasing of No More branded items such as
Clothing (hooded sweatshirts, T-shirts)
Mouse pads
Mugs
Shapping bags
• And of course spreading the word!
I need to raise at least R35 000 towards this project to cover items such as flight tickets, accommodation, travel and food, the return of your investment in this project though is incalculable, especially for the marine life that we manage to save during this time.

SHEPHERDS - CALL TO ACTION: when young people show initiative in launching project to save our oceans, we should stand firmly behind them and give them all the support we can! Meet another beautiful young girl who is calling for you to submit a photo of you in your Sea Shepherd gear. In her own words:
" I thought it would be awesome to make a huge banner with pictures of people in Sea Shepherd shirts, or a shirt representing the ocean and whales, and put it together into a mosaic! The thing is, I need photos and I need a lot!" Sea Shepherd South Africa will be the first to submit a photo to wilemana@gmail.com

No More Suffering is a South African non-profit organisation.
Currently we are going to be doing a talk in July about how animals keep us green and what we can do to be more eco friendly in our day to day life. In this project, our focus is on increasing the awareness and highlighting how we treat animals effects ourselves and the Earth. This talk is the end of July but NMS’ projects are ongoing and we needs funds throughout the year. We design and sell merchandise that is campaign specific as well as supporting existing organisations.
No More Suffering’s vision for the future is one where animals are valued in their own right, and where humans and animals live in harmony. No More Suffering illustrates the desire to think to the future, constantly striving to address the challenges and abuse faced by animals and humans today.
No More Suffering aims to introduce educational, fun, and interactive elements. We work independently and in collaboration with other organisations. No More Suffering will share with the public how they can make a difference in their day to day life.
No More Suffering operates without prejudice towards race, colour, nationality, religious belief, or any other consideration except for an impartial adherence to upholding the welfare and rights of all animals, humans and the environment.
We are also raising funds for a small group of volunteers to go to Taiji, Japan to be Cove gusardians. Funds for this are needed urgently. We plan to go in December every year.
