Help with Angel's Eye Surgery

Save-A-Life has been contacted by someone with an 8 year old Chihuahua, named Angel, who has a horrible tumor on her eye.  The owner has agreed to pay for the diagnosis and initial exam, but cannot afford the surgery which will  cost about $2000.
