I require a powered wheelchair

I have always been fit and healthy and enjoyed the great outdoors. In 2012 my life changed when I was diagnosed with a whole body chronic pain condition as well as chronic fatigue syndrome. Over the last couple of years I have deteriorated greatly, to the stage where I can't walk more than 50m. My nearest bus stop is over 300m away and my nearest shop is 1mile away. I feel really isolated because the bus to the shop is once an hour.
i was referred to the south west wheelchair service who agreed that I needed a powered chair because I live in a rural area and everything is up hill from here, but they aren't in a position to help me. The only alternative now is to raise the money I need in order that I can get a wheelchair so I can start getting my independence back and so that I can continue to watch my son play rugby.
