Emergent Vet Care Needed

This sweet 13 pound Chihuahua was found with no legs dragging himself on the side of the road. He must have been dragging himself for quite some time as you can clearly see his abdomen and legs are destroyed. He will need lots of medical care to help him be healthy but we DESPERATELY need help raising funds for his emeregnt medical care, ongoing medical care and any eqiptment he may need to live a long happy life.
