Help Kilt This Start Manufacturing!

For the past 7 years, Kilt This has been run by two women, Serena and Cris. We are located near Seattle, WA, USA and we want to do our part to bring manufacturing back to the US. We make some of the finest kilts in the world by hand, and without major funding. We have maintained Kilt This through sales and low overhead costs, but now we want to take our business to the next level.
Due to overwhelming demand for our kilts, we are working to expand Kilt This. This means leasing a small location near the Seattle area, buying bulk fabric, hardware and sewing supplies, and paying one full time employee (or two part time) at $15 per hour. Based on a one year budget plan we would need:
$5,000 for sewing supplies (needles, thread, pins, etc.)
$10,000 for fabrics
$10,000 for hardware (O-rings, latches, D-rings, etc.)
$20,000 for rental space
$30,000 for employee(s)
This is a breakdown of projected costs to make 2-3 kilts a day for one year: about 700 kilts. The projected returns from these kilts would be just under $250,000.
That would be more than enough to cover a further expansion of Kilt This. A larger workspace, 2 more seamstresses, and all the materials needed to double our output from the previous year; ensuring our company's continued success.
