BIG DREAMS FOR HAITI
& I need your help
This past October, God had led me on a trip to Haiti. I went into it with the thought that it would be an eye opening experience & would potentially change the way I live my daily life here in the States. This did of course happen but I was not expecting to fall so deeply in love. My heart was constantly broken at the sight of all of the destruction & poverty. Though, the heartache was always soon overtaken by the overwhelming amount of love from these people. Those who had so little were always the ones willing to give so much.
& THAT WAS IT ...
Haiti had stolen my heart
Not a single day has gone by where I haven't thought of this country & its beautiful people. With much prayer on this, I know that God has so much more in store for me there.
I am ready embark on a longer mission in Haiti to discover my future there & what I can do to truly make this a part of my life. I will be living in Port Au Prince for a month starting April 9th to serve The Lord & the people of Haiti. I have various projects & volunteer work planned for this trip. From art classes with the kids in the school to seeking artists/potential business partners around the city! The people in Haiti deserve so much love & I am going on this trip in hopes of discovering new & effective ways to give back to this country.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
For this trip to be possible, I need around $2,000 to cover the cost of transportation & the necessary tools for my projects!
Anything truly helps & is BEYOND appreciated! Any extra funds will go directly to the needs of the children at the school! If you have any questions/comments reguarding my trip, feel free to contact me. Thoughts & prayers for my journey ahead are very appreciated as well!
