People to People Exploring Europe Trip

Hello Family and Friends,
I have an opportunity to travel on a 19-day trip to England, France, and Italy. While overseas, we will visit cities such as Milan, Venice, Rome, Florence, London, Paris, and more.
This trip will be a unique experience because it will allow me to learn more about other countries and their cultures from several points of view. People to People has arranged for us to stay with host families for most of the trip. I will have the opportunity to see sites that a typical tourist wouldn't visit and being able to stay with a native family will only amplify the experience I will get.
I am really looking forward to testing my 6 years of classroom French while in France because it would help me practice my conversational French and become immersed in true French culture.
My parents have tasked me to raise all $7,000 for the trip by myself. My fundraising efforts so far, selling candy at school, has been helpful; however, I still have a long way to go. My immediate goal is to raise enough money to cover my plane ticket. Despite all my efforts, I still run the high risk of not being able to pay for the trip and subsequently not go.
