From Drag Queen to Ministry School

I decided to make this GoFundMe page for my good friend, Kevin Whitt.
He recently got saved on Easter of this year and has one of the most incredible testimonies that I've ever heard. After years of abuse and suffering in silence about being raped, at the age of 15 he began living the homosexual lifestyle and continued doing so for almost 2 decades. He was one of the top drag queens in Dallas.

After encountering the love of God, Kevin began to read the Bible. Reading the Bible lead to following the Bible and Kevin decided that living a homosexual lifestyle was not part of God's plan for his life or anyone else's. He began attending a ministry (Living Hope) designed to help those struggling with same-sex attraction and reading his Bible even more. As he grew in God, he learned about Holy Spirit and has had some incredible encounters with the presence of God. The more he knows of God, the more he wants to share with others what God has done in his life.
My friend has such a heart to help the hurting and the broken and is one of the most passionate people I've had the pleasure of knowing. We've taken a team out in the streets of Dallas and prayed and prophesied over the homeless and people struggling with homosexuality. He wants to have a ministry that leads people to an encounter with the living God, so that they can be transformed from the inside out, the same way that he was. Specifically, he feels called to the homosexual community, ministering to those who work in strip clubs, prostitutes, and the homeless. Having experienced most of those things in his life, he's more than equipped to connect with those who are in it. In order for him to be equipped spiritually, he would like more training. And that's where you come in. :)
Kevin has fallen in love with CFNI (Christ for the Nations Institute). For those of you unfamiliar with CFNI, it's an incredible Bible college located in Dallas. There he would be able to grow in a deeper knowledge of God's word, the gifts of the Holy Spirit and be supported by a community of believers.
He still needs to pay off his Spring semester, he needs $1815 by May16th , 2015 . We could EASILY meet this goal if 64 people would give $37.00, 128 people would give $18.50, or if 320 people gave $7.39. Or if God places on your heart to pay for all of it, we'll take that too. We're not into putting limitations on the God of the universe. ;)
