Kaiser Breitlander Memorial Fund

Kaiser Breitlander was a light to so many, and his precious life was taken way too soon. In honor of his memory and the many lives he touched, Sarah and Pete Breitlander have set up a scholarship in Kaiser’s name.
Over the last three years, this fund has been helping a special little boy named Dustin, who was very close to Kaiser and his family. This scholarship has given Dustin the gift of a quality, bilingual education and has forever changed his life in a postive way.
It is now the goal of the memorial fund to continue to sponsor Dustin and more children like him. We have seen the impact of how a quality education can improve the lives of children and their families, and we want to bestow this gift on more underpriviledged children in the community.
The school that has been chosen is special and is 100% aligned with the efforts of this charity. La Paz Community School is making this possible and are the ones responsible and commited to this endevor.
La Paz is recognized as a non-profit association in Costa Rica as well as a qualified recipient of World Children’s Project, a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit organization in the United States. As a result, donations made in both countries are tax deductible.
