college student loses all to flood

Hello friends, my name is Kattrina. I live in downtown Detroit in a loft (now water damaged, growing mold & bacteria) It is in a building that is very old & my landlord is a well known crook/slumlord who refuses to help me with ANYTHING! He didn't even help me dry out my loft & didn't send anyone for water removal or cleaning (water was filthy) I lost everything I own except my dog & my bathroom.

Anyone who knows me knows that asking anyone for anything is so difficult for me. I'm a hard working, 26 year old. I was a student but took off the semester due to losing everything & needing to get a job to try and replace everything

A pipe in the abandoned commercial space (that the landlord didn't fix ) 2 floors above my unit burst & flooded my entire living space.

My hardwood flooring is warped, contaminated paint is chipping & falling everywhere from the water damage, all my photos & memories, clothes, towels, shoes, sectional couch, kitchen vanity,mattress, bedding, pillows, box springs, art, curtains, 2 dressers, china cabinet, stove, appliances, TV, Xbox, wii, all ruined & garbage, contaminated & stained.
