2016 WIT Program Fund

     My Name is Katherine Esterline, I am 15 Years old and train with Rosalind Kinstler. I am a good standing member of the USEF, USDF, and FEI. I have participated in multiple programs run by Dressage4Kids. For three consecutive years I have been selected to ride in the Emerging Dressage Athlete Program (EDAP) Clinic held at Hampton Green Farm. In addition to this clinic you are required to compete in the Lendons Youth Dressage Festival Midwest. This year I was awarded the Sportsmanship Award at said competition. I also have participated in the Dressage Seat Medal Program for quite some time. In 2011 I placed seventh at the Dressage Seat Medal Finals in the thirteen and under division. I was also the region 2 alternate rider for the 2015 Dressage Seat Medal Finals.  In my spare time I participate on my high schools Equestrian Team.
     I will be participating in the 2016 Winter Intensive Training Program presented by Lendon Gray and Dressage4kids. It is starts January 3rd and ends March 28th. After three months of intensive training, I hope to have gained mass amounts of training, horsecare, and personal fitness knowlage. My goal is to raise $18,000 to cover the cost of the WIT program, shipping for the horse, Farrier and emergency  veteranary care, grain, supplements, needed horse care supplies, and rent and utilities. I have been braiding at shows, grooming for friends, teaching beginner lessons, selling fudge and bran mash at tack sales, and applying for scholarships
