Top Surgery Help

I am fundraising for my top surgery which I hope to have at the end of May. I have received a quote from the surgeon of $7000.00 plus HST which comes close to $8000.00. I am going to be seeing Dr. McLean in Toronto Ontario and he will be performing the Double Incision procedure. I currently have just under $1000.00 saved and by the end of may that should be near $1500.00, but that isn't really close to 8000. I will be opting to go with a payment plan for the surgery and a large down payment will make the payments much smaller and more managable. If you could help me in any way I would be forever in your debt. 

This surgery will alow me to be more comfortable with my body and better align it with my brain. I bind my chest and have been for the past 6 years which is bad for my health. I have been on testosterone for almost a year now and this surgery will complet my transition.

I am just finishing school and graduating in May so I have not been able to work much for the past 2 years as well as racking up a large student loan.
