Kappa Diamond Dasher's Donation Page

The Kappa Diamond Dashers are a youth track team of boys & girls ranging from ages 6-18. Our team consists on the average of 50-60 athletes per year. The coaches are also part of the Guide Right program of The Abington Ambler Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. The Guide Right program works with children ages 7-12 (Kappa Akademy) and ages 13-18 (Kappa League). Some students are a part of both programs. Guide Right's focus is on training for leadership.. The parents, volunteers and community members of our programs are pillars of support. With fundraising and donations being the primary source of our funding, it is essential in order to continue the success of the Kappa Diamond Dashers youth track team.
Each year there are athletes that compete and continue onto Regional & National levels in track & field. Our goal for this fundraiser is to get a head start for more of our athletes to continue onto those levels for UAGTCA & USATF Jr Olympics. These events are sometimes very far away and can be costly to get to them when they are multiday events. We anticipate more than half of the team to qualify to compete in the AAU team Championship event in Hampton, VA in July 2015 .
