A fathers plea: Kaije

This young boy here is Kaije, my son, he is 28 months old and although he may look happy and well, he suffers from a rare kidney disease, congenital nephrotic syndrome. Now in long story short, it doesn't allow the kidneys to filter anything, whether it's good or bad. Losing extremely import things you need in your body such as: iron, bicarbonate, calcium, potassium, vitamin D thyroid function, red and white blood cells and most importantly, Albumin. Without albumin his body becomes quite edematous (fluid retention or puffy) which can potentially crush your kidneys, lungs and brain. He is normally quite happy and loves life but recently it has been a fair trial, on a monthly basis his kidney is taking quite the hit and is losing function due to ongoing infections, which it term will mean dialysis. Amongst all of this it has been quite expensive and hard to get by with paying medications and trips to and from the hospital along with general day to day expenses. This is my plea, I need your help, for his better and future well-being. Asking is not usually my strong suit, especially for this sort of thing but I'm running out of options. So please if you can, even five dollars, every little bit counts. Images below are of kaije, healthy and well two months ago, another back in December, with a heavy infection, put him out of action and in ICU for 8 days on temporary dialysis.
