We need help

Jessica, Talise and I are selling the house. Were behind nearly 3 months and we have decent equity so it's the only move that makes sense right now. We lost the business this year and I've been too sick with Rheumatoid Arthritis to work. If we can pay one months mortgage now we can stop them from starting foreclosure where they call the lawyers and it eats up our equity. We can even pay it back once we sell. Just trying to survive and move. At 66, the amount of work I have here is too much anyway.
