In Financial Crisis

I am on Social Security and I am struggling to make it. My car is 3 months behind and the bank wants to repo it. I am 60 days past due and my 2 doctors and they won't allow me an appointment until I pay the past due. I need refills on meds for the congestive heart failure and cardiomyopathy. So need to see the doctors to get those. Haven't been able to keep up with my bills or my rent. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
