Reward Fund to Arrest Dog Abuser

This video was taken on December 28th 2014 in Poughkeepsie, NY in the area of Pulaski Park of this barbarious individual unmercifully beating a helpless little dog. He choked the innocent animal and hit and kicked it numerous times. You can hear the screams in the video, making it even more painfull to watch.
