Fundraiser for the Fortin family

Parents Don and Danielle Fortin, of Big Bay, had tragedy strike their lives the night of Thursday, January 8th when they were in a motor vehicle accident with a semi truck on county road 550. The road conditions and weather was terrible playing a big factor. The youngest daughter with them, Jordyn age 5, suffered some bruising from her seat belt. Dad, Don, suffered two broken vertebrae and will need to be seen by a surgeon. Mom, Danielle, suffered a broken right hand. And most seriously injured is 13 year old daughter Savannah. As of now she is at U of M, was med flighted down there with mom by her side. Savannah suffers from a fractured skull & face with and has a tube placed for draining fluids and pressure monitor in her brain and is in critical condition still. Danielle is down there with Savannah with little to no money and the family will now have to face many financial burdens. Being such a close community I am hoping we can all help relieve this family in anyway we can and pull together with some donations and as many prayers as possible.
