Scooters Pack

Donation protected
Scooters is a 4 year old paralyzed Border Collie that has been invited to tour Tennessee Libraries to help spread the word about compassion for animals, the consequences of animal abuse (and how it can spread to people), how to care for special needs pets and even helps with dealing with bullying.
In order to make this happen, we need to raise the funds to purchase a vehicle that can safely haul Scooter long distances (throughout the State of TN and more), capable of pulling an RV (to help keep expenses low) and to allow us to visit libraries that do not have the funding to bring Scooter to their community.  We do not want to turn anyone down due to financing.
Scooter has been involved in the local Special Olympics helping to inspire kids to push themselves further, he has been to multiple schools and our local libraries to help teach kids.
Scooter has received an award from the Greater Nashville Regional Council for "Community Inspiration" (the first dog to receive any award in their 47 year history),  has his pawtograph affixed to a governement resolution (the first in Tennessee history) and so much more.   He has been in multiple News broadcasts in Nashville, TN, is in Everydog Magazine (Fall 2014 edition), is in a book (Miracle Dogs: Adventure on Wheels (2013)) and even has his own facebook page (www.facebook.com/visitscooter)
Scooter has made a lasting difference to the people in his community and now we want to spread that difference to others.
WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN!!!
