Hello  in the picture meet Kerri Cody, my 35 year old daughter. In 2013 Kerri married the love of her life. In 2014 she gave birth to the baby she had always prayed for, and in 2014 when that baby was 9 months old Kerri was diagnosed with Myelofibrosis-a terminal illness.  This disease is a rare form of cancer which generally effects 50-60 year olds - not 35 year olds. Myelofibrosis attacks the bone marrow, it makes the spleen and liver swell and will eventually be fatal. Unfortunately there is no treatment for this disease and no studies being done. Her Hematologist who diagnosed her has treated this disease with Interferon injections with good results in slowing progression of the disease. The problem is, since this drug is not specifically for treatment of this disease insurance won't approve it. It cost $3000.00 per month. Kerri would love to get to see her sweet girl, Ava Grace, grow up. Can you please help us raise money for this treatment. God bless you
