Greetings! Please watch the video above for a brief version of my true story. I was also ordered by a family court commissioner to pay for ($45 per week plus gas) and attend a 52-week domestic violence batterer intervention course for a crime that I did NOT commit!

I am a proud single father of two precious girls (13 and 7), natural-born U.S. citizen, and a well-respected community college professor. I need your help! My family is suffering from a grave injustice in the family court system. A ruling was made without any consideration of the testimony from Child Protective Services, or CPS, a neutral county investigative agency that routinely testifies in such cases. Although this agency has continued to testify in numerous court cases over the last twenty years, the judge in my case chose to completely ignore relevant and vital evidence from CPS because of his dealings with them over twenty years ago!  

I am seeking an appeal to reverse the decision of a broken and money-driven family court system that lacks transparency, proper oversight, and public accountability. My daughters will suffer most if this ruling is not overturned. I am sure that I am not the only single parent out there-father or mother-who has suffered at the hands of a family court.
