OUR JOURNEY:

For his first 1.5 years, my son's mother kept us apart, dismissing me as a "sperm donor”, allowing only a few FaceTime calls and discarding any gifts I sent. She aimed to foster hatred in him towards me, openly embracing a strategy of parental alienation. Her behavior culminated in unhinged demands, including that I kill my roommate and show her “still beating heart” as a condition just to sign the Acknowledgment of Paternity.

Unsure whether baby mama was a legit sociopath or having a mental breakdown or both, I couldn't waste further time trying to figure it out or trying to appeal to reason. She was unraveling and I had to prioritize the safety of my son.

In June 2020 I initiated Family Court proceedings for full custody. Obstruction and lockdowns prolonged the process. She then lived with my son out of a car (despite owning a house) from Dec 2020-Feb 2021 to avoid making an appearance in court, framing herself as a victim.

In March 2021, she outright fled the U.S. with our son to avoid a court-ordered DNA test. Despite this, the Judge rightly granted paternity based on alternative evidence including endless texts, emails, and videos where she repeatedly referred to me as his father.

With her disappearance, I faced the dual reality of being thrilled to be his legal father and horrified at the prospect of never finding him. After the grandmother's testimony of concern that her daughter might kill herself and our child, an emergency order was issued that granted me sole custody, along with law enforcement assistance to retrieve him. A warrant was also issued for his mother’s arrest.

While I'd hoped to protect my son by not revealing the custody change, the court's public announcement on the court's website jeopardized that. I braced for the worst.

Months later, his passport was flagged in London, and I learned he was in foster care due to severe neglect, malnutrition, and abuse. He required an IV drip for nutrients because he was so weakened that he couldn't chew food. Rather than returning him to the left-behind parent, the only parent with custody rights, the Local Authority inexplicably refused. Justice Lieven went even further, denying that a custody case ever existed in the United States despite all the court documentation proving otherwise.

Justice Lieven was so off-base that she also ordered in-person contact be resumed between my abused son and his abusive mother. Despite her history of kidnapping him, neglecting/abusing him, hiring a hitman to have me murdered (with police records confirming it), and further being diagnosed with psychosis… contact was arranged.

I explicitly warned that playing Russian roulette with my son's life was reckless and outright sick. I knew what was coming. Here is the footage of what followed https://youtu.be/AKX0NK5PdFI.

According to the Coventry City Council's own report, Keanu had said "I don't want to see mommy". They should have listened.

At contact, his mother immediately scooped him up and left the building within 60 seconds. When a foster carer and supervisor tried to intervene, she violently assaulted both of them, exposing my son to traumatic violence. All of which was captured on security cameras. As a result, he had night terrors at the age of 2, horrified that his mother would return. 

This trauma was 100% avoidable even if contact took place, but the Local Authority took none of the appropriate measures to ensure his security. When I dared to have an emotional response to their negligence and threatened a lawsuit, the Local Authority and Guardian all began demonizing me every chance they got and became hellbent on denying the return of my son. Social worker Blessed Hore blatantly committed outright perjury while his replacement, Jessica Keane, parroted his false reports without any assessing of her own.

THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES:

Efforts for his return intensified, involving Hague proceedings and Care proceedings, both of which were overseen by the same judge, the dishonorable Justice Lieven. After over two years of fighting the UK in court, they finally agreed to send him back to the U.S. But not to me.

To his mother’s sister in Florida who lives in a trailer, owns pit bulls, multiple guns, is physically disabled, and has pledged to hand my son back to his mother. Perfect place for a toddler, right?

Even as the legal fight shifts to the U.S., challenges persist to block or prevent this foreign “guardianship” order from being implemented and to establish that no decree from a UK Judge can override an order made by a U.S. Judge. Not on American soil. While the UK apparently has no qualms with ripping families apart out of spite, the U.S. maintains that there must be evidence of abuse or neglect to separate a child from a biological parent. Neither of which apply to the father, both of which apply to the mother. Even the Local Authority admitted the only thing they held against me was the negative relationship with the mother, which I ended in May 2019 and should therefore not be remotely relevant, plus I have an order for sole custody.
