Many of you are following the heartbreaking story of little Hattie Sileski and her battle against Acute Renal Failure. Her kidneys have completely shut down, she's fighting hard, at only 19 months old she's enduring unimaginable pain and almost continuous dialysis from her hospital bed in the PICU at Children's Mercy. She is very sick, and every trip to Facebook tears me up inside as I see this beautiful little girl hooked up to machines and suffering. I have felt helpless as I'm sure you have too, so tonight I reached out to the family and asked if I could start this page for them and they graciously consented. The hospital bills will be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, on top of the frightening circumstances the family is already facing. Please help little Hattie, I can imagine nothing worse than what she and her family are dealing with right now. There's no amount too small and every donation will make a huge difference.
