Hello,
Recently I applied to United Methodist Women Organization for the 2015 Young Women’s Leadership Program that will take place in South Korea during July. Thankfully, I got accepted to this program! This will be a great opportunity to develop leadership skills, know more about what role peace plays in our world, and the history of my country. As a 2nd generation Korean child, I was always interested in learning more about South Korea and have had a heart for my country, especially because of the tragedy and division it went through. During the program, I will be attending seminars and visiting different places. After the program, I will be serving for a kid's camp called EVBS (English Vacation Bible School).
