Help My Daughter

I am not one to ask for anything.  A friend told me about this site, so I have made an exception due to circumstances of last night 1/5/15.  I have gone through a day with alot of support from my friends on Facebook and I as well as my daughter, thanks you for your prayers, love, concerns and encouragement.  Here goes my story:  My beautiful daughter is a single mother with the most precious 4 year old son you have ever seen.  She works a full time job trying to make ends meet but it is never enough.  Last night my grandson almost lost his mother.   She has had to walk to and from work due to a car that needs repairs to get running and other circumstances.  It's an everyday thing trying to find rides to and from work but most of the time walking.  She was not able to get a ride last night and made a bad decision  to start walking home from work at 11:00 P. M.  She was followed by two men and thought they had stopped following her when one jumped out and threw her to the ground asking to give him what she had and telling her he could kill her; he shot to the ground and then put the gun to her head.  She only had a backpack.  He made other threats of taking her to another building, etc.  I cry and shake just to think of what he would have done there.  She managed to get up and give him the backpack and turned and ran.  He shot at her missing her.  She got away.  Thank God and the Angels that she was not harmed physically but has emotional trauma that will take a long time to overcome. 

I am asking for some help for her to get her car fixed, insurance coverage, some security at the house she is in and other expenses to help her through this ordeal.   The world is a different place than when I was growing up.   I pray that you will never have to get a call at 12:30 A.M. from any of your children crying histerically of what just happened to them and if you have, I am so sorry.   As a mother I felt helpless as I live in another state. 

I am not financially able to help but I do what I can; I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for whatever you can give but if you cannot give, please keep her in your prayers for healing!
