John Paul II Catholic High School in Greenville, NC has a current enrollment of 50 students, of which half is concentrated in the freshman class of 2018. A cost-based tuition fee schedule is used to fund day-to-day operations while 40% of our students are financial-aid dependent. Within the tradition of our Catholic faith, we collaborate to build character through service and academic excellence. We develop the whole person in mind, body, and spirit and instill commitment to lifelong learning. In support of this purpose, the board, faculty, staff, students and their families are committed to:
· Provide a high-quality learning environment characterized by intellectual inquiry for all students regardless of religious, ethnic, racial, social or economic state.
· Deliver a broad and integrated academic curriculum in a small classroom setting.
· Create a climate characterized by high expectations, mutual respect, compassion and support while developing genuine personal relationships that reinforce unity.
· Foster an active faith community identified by witness to Gospel values, prayer and service.
· Guide students to work actively to improve the quality of life within their communities and churches through the use of their gifts in the service of others.
